Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All items unless otherwise stated are shipped from the USA using UPS. International shipments are shipped via DHL Express, and typically arrive 2-3 days after shipment notification. All duties and import fees will be the responsibility of the receiver.
Shipping and Handling Times: Our clients typically receive their items within a full business week of ordering, or 3-5 days after shipping. Shipping times can vary depending on the time of year or when order is placed.
Free International Shipping: We are happy to offer free shipping anywhere in the world for purchases over $245.
Return & Exchange Policy
All orders are eligible for return request or exchanges up to 15 days after purchase. We offer free returns and exchanges within the continental US.
All items must be sent with the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange or refunds.
International return and exchange shipping costs and timely arrivals will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the product is not returned to the place of origin within 30 days, no refunds will be offered.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, please send us an image of the issue within 48 hours of receipt, and we will do our best to correct the issue at hand free of all charge!
