WHAT ARE BESPOKE DESIGNS?

Our bespoke designs are exactly what they sound like - truly bespoke designs. From the theme, to imagery, pattern placement, colorways, to sizing and fabrics, everything is created for you, entirely from scratch. Bespoke designs are entirely proprietary, meaning no one else will have access to these designs unless released by you. Find out more about the process below:

Brainstorming + Planning

Every design starts with a brainstorming session, where you share your vision, goals, and we discuss the direction of the design. This includes color direction, imagery, and mood. We do require a signed contract and design deposit after this initial meeting in order to proceed with designing. After, we do our research, and put together a design plan, with sketches, thumbnails, and options for basic design layout.

Developing the Design

Once we have decided on a direction and the layout of the design has been agreed upon, the design process begins. During this process we check in at the middle, and then again at the end of the pencil drawing. This way if any changes are needed, we can adjust easily. After the full drawing has been completed and inked, we begin the digital coloring process. We use the color direction provided to create a variety of options to choose from.

Receiving the Products

Once the final design and desired colorways have been approved, we send our files to our manufacturer for production.  Currently our lead time is approximately 2-3 months, so please be sure to plan accordingly. In total, the timeline from beginning to end can be up to 5 months, depending on the complexity of the design. Once we have recieved and inspected the designs, we will photograph and then send them on to you.

DESIGN

Every design detail is completed entirely from scratch, from pencil sketches to final line art and colorways. We combine your visiona and our ideas to create something unique, that truly represents your brand.

MATERIALS

Although most of our products come in a traditional silk twill, the option is entirely up to you. Whether you prefer silk/wool, cashmere blends, cotton or linen, we have the ability to work with a variety of natural fabrics.

SIZING

Our designs can be tailored for any size pocket square, neckerchief or foulard. Some companies need smaller pocket squares, others prefer larger, and some meet right in the middle. We can do it all.

INVESTMENT

Design Fee

This design fee covers our cost of production setup, design time, as well as the back and forth of the design process. The price varies by design complexity but starts at $500.00. 

Cost Per Piece

The pieces are our standard wholesale price per piece, however we do require a minimum quantities to be ordered. These quantities vary depending on the product. All bespoke product orders are final, and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Pocket Squares: $40/Piece - Minimum Quantity - 20

Neckerchiefs: $70/Piece - Minimum Quantity - 15

Large Scarves: $150/Piece - Minimum Quantity - 10

Jacket Linings - $125/Meter - Minimum Quantity - 10
